Life is beautiful
The beautiful thing about life is that you can always adapt, evolve and get better. You’re not defined by your past, you aren’t your mistakes, and you aren’t stuck where you are.
How do I know this? Because I’ve mentored 1000s of women over the past 4 years on how to embrace choice, amplify joy and build wealth online. I’ve seen the light in her eyes, and her shoulders drop when she realises she has all the power in her own hands and it’s okay to embrace it.
Somewhere along the way, some of us get lost in the mundane things of life, we get stuck on the hamster wheel of life constantly chasing our tail to keep up with that never ending “to-do”list. I’ve come to realise recently that the practice of being “busy and burnt out” has become a way of making ourselves feel important, but in 2021 it’s time to change that. The choice really is ours, whether you choose to evolve or repeat is really up to you.
Only a few short years ago, I was a bored, lonely & unfulfilled stay-at-home mum who felt trapped in my own life. I felt so low and ended up suffering with mild Post Natal Depression.
Don't get me wrong, I was so grateful to be home with my kids, but the most exciting part of my day was managing the admin of my hubby's construction business - just so I could use my brain for non-mum stuff! I felt resentful and cranky because this wasn't the life I wanted... I felt so useless and uninspired, with no hope for the future. Can you resonate with any of this?
The turning point
I chose to link arms with new people who had a more positive outlook on life. We chatted online, got to know each other and my eyes were opened to a whole new way of thinking and living. I began to embrace small new daily habits like daily affirmations, journaling, watching positive youtube clips and reading books again.
That’s when my life and energy began to improve. Was it always easy? No. Was it an overnight fix? No. But I could feel my life shifting in a more positive direction and I loved it!!! There was light at the end of the dark tunnel.
I've gone from a shy stay-at-home mum who constantly felt alone to a vibrant woman full of love & life again! And the best bit is supporting women like you get their sparkle back. I now help other driven women, like you, embrace choice, amplify joy and create wealth online without feeling lost and alone.
